I do it at warp speed

A few minutes ago one of my coffee customers asked me to explain the t-shirt I am wearing. My shirt has a picture of the U.S.S. Enterprise and say "I do it at warp speed." Obviously this is a star trek joke tshirt. hahaha funny nothing to look into or read in between the lines for, it's just a shirt. She proceeded to ask if it had something to do with my sexual prowess or work ethic blah blah blah eccetra. It is just a shirt, it's not some statement I'm trying to make about myself other than I like star trek.

by the way James Dougan died on Wednesday. So this weekend at the shop is a Star Trek movie marathon in his honor. "I'm giving her all I got captian" and "hello computer". We'll remember your scottish accent and ingenious knowledge of metalurgy for ever.

Hustle and Flow, The Devils Rejects, Smile, the Island, and March of the Penguins are all out in the theaters. Who wants to go see any of these with me?

hustle and flow is horrible. don't bother. i'm going to guess devil's rejects and the island are bad too. penguins are cute, though.

i dunno. i was assuming island to be bad. but then i read the whole premise for it. and its kinda like a 1984 feel... it intrigued me. but devils rejects might be novelly good

I saw the Island, Friday.
It was ok. But the chase scene took FOOOOOOOREVVVVVEEEEERRRR. Seriously!
Movie started at 10.40, wasn't over til 1.15AM. Kinda REALLY annoying.
But the plot was interesting.
